How to Book

1. Please check availability of the property (Fisherman's Cottage, Merchant's House)
2. If available, please submit a Reservation Request
3. We will then contact you within 24 hours to confirm that it is indeed available
4. In order to reserve the rental period we require a non-returnable deposit of £100 per week of rental, payable within seven days.
5. Once we have received your deposit, we will confirm your reservation
6. The remaining balance of the rental will need to be paid no less than four weeks before the beginning of your stay
7. Please note, your reservation will be considered cancelled if the balance has not been received before this time.
